Acne Skin Care Regimen for Dry Skin
A lot of over-the-counter skin
cleansers and acne prescription medications have been seen to aggravate dry
skin since they are often meant for teenage skin or oily skin. The goal of our
dry skin acne regimen is to treat the acne and clean the skin without stripping
it of its much needed moisture. We usually recommend using mild cleansers and
cream-based hydrating masks. Acne treatments are milder. Gentle exfoliating
scrubs are also encouraged to keep the skin smooth and hydrated, as long as the
skin is free from any active acne.
Is this your skin type? Print out
your personalized checklist to guide you in your own skin care
regimen.
